Residents residing in the operational cities can reserve rides on our self-driving vehicles, marking a step towards revolutionizing mobility. Steps to Reserve a Ride:
1. DOWNLOAD THE APP: Initiate the process by downloading the May Mobility application.
2. BOOK A RIDE: Within the app, locate the nearest pickup spot and request a vehicle. If necessitated, ensure that “Wheelchair Accessibility” is activated in the app for wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
3. GET PICKED UP: The application will notify you when a May Mobility vehicle is en route and upon arrival. Verify the assigned vehicle, embark on your journey, and authenticate your trip by scanning the vehicle's QR code with the app. For wheelchair users, our Autonomous Vehicle Operator (AVO) will provide assistance with boarding and securing the wheelchair.
4. ENJOY THE RIDE: Monitor your trip via the in-vehicle tablet and don't forget to share your feedback through the post-ride survey.
